Terms and Conditions

The following 3 treatments are available: Full Board, Half Board and B&B prices

Daily prices include: food, accommodation, service, use of bicycles, free WiFi, taxes, VAT and shared beach cabins.

If you request air conditioning in your room , it will be included in the price!

For Full Board, Half Board, and B&B options, microfiltered water is included!
Other drinks and beach umbrella with sun loungers are not included.

Tourist tax excluded from the estimate & final bill ( €2.00 per person per night , FOR THE FIRST 7 DAYS OF STAY children under the age of fourteen are exempt ) - (only from the age of 14, they will also pay the same as adults).

Discounts

Children in the same room with 2 adults will benefit from the following discounts (per day, per child):
•    up to 4 years old: -50% (FREE from May until June, 21st and from September) 
•    from 5 to 8 years old: -30%
•    from 9 to 12 years old: 20%
•    13 and over and 3rd adult (in the same room): -10%
 

Extras

  • PARKING FOR 24 CARS: divided into two parking lots with shuttle service to both (just 300 meters from the hotel). To maintain top-notch service, but also to ensure we continue to provide excellent customer service , we're offering a flat rate offer for this summer for your entire stay: for the first two days, you pay €7.00 per day; from the third day onward, you'll never exceed €20.00 total for each parking space.
  • Single room + €3.00
  • For stays of less than 3 days, a €5.00 surcharge applies to Full Board, Half Board, and Bed and Breakfast prices (payable in advance upon arrival).

Other conditions

  • Meals: Meals not consumed will not be deducted. It is possible to book a packed lunch for the following day only with advance notice the evening before.
  • Rooms: Rooms must be vacated by departing customers by 10:00.
  • Deposit: Mandatory for stays in the months of July and August.
    It is possible:
    - Cancel the booking with refund (net of bank charges) with at least 30 days notice.
    - Change the period of stay with at least 30 days notice.
    - Obtain a refund of 50% of the deposit with at least 14 days' notice.
  • Animals: We love animals, for this very reason we cannot accept them.
    Here are the reasons for our choice:
    - We do not have adequate common spaces to welcome animals.
    - We do not have dedicated areas, such as walkways.
    - The lifeguard company near us does not provide separate spaces on the beach for animals, for hygienic reasons, especially in areas frequented by children.
    - According to the regulations of the Emilia-Romagna Region, access to animals on the beach is permitted only in equipped bathing establishments and in dedicated areas identified by the Municipalities, in the period from the Easter weekend to November 2nd.
    - To avoid inconvenience to our guests, we prefer not to welcome animals that could remain alone in the room for most of the day, causing stress to themselves and disturbance to other holidaymakers.
